The site at https://alpharender.ai/ (the "Website") is operated by Omegarender LLP (trading as Omega Render) ("We", "us", "our"), with registered office at Beck Mill, Reva Syke Road, Bradford, United Kingdom, BD14 6QY. These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the Website, the web application at https://app.alpharender.ai, and related services that provide AI-based image generation for architectural and interior visualization (collectively, the "Service").

You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to our Website. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our Website through your internet connection are aware of these terms, and that they comply with them.

The Service generates architectural and interior visualization imagery and is not age-restricted on content grounds (for example adult content or gambling). To use the Service you must be at least the age of digital consent in your country (typically 13 in the UK and 13–16 in the EEA, depending on local law) and not barred from using the Service under applicable laws. If you purchase a paid plan, you represent that you are old enough to enter into the payment agreement in your jurisdiction (or have any required parental or guardian consent).

You must provide accurate and complete account information (e.g., display name, email). Keep your credentials confidential and promptly notify us of any suspected compromise. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

Unless otherwise stated, we and/or our licensors own the Website Content, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audiovisual content, design, layout, compilation, and the overall "look & feel." You may view the Website Content for your personal, non-commercial use. You must not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, scrape, index, frame, mirror, or create derivative works from the Website Content without our prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law (e.g., fair use/dealing). Any unauthorized use may violate intellectual property and other laws.

The Service uses artificial intelligence systems to process your inputs (e.g., prompts, reference images) to generate outputs (e.g., images and visualizations for architecture and interior design). We process data to operate, provide, and improve the Service, including quality, safety, fraud prevention, and usage limits. Treatment of inputs/outputs ownership, license grants, and whether they may be used for model improvement is governed by the License Agreement and our Privacy Policy. AI systems may produce imperfect, unexpected, or similar outputs for different users; we do not guarantee uniqueness, accuracy, or compliance of outputs with any third-party rights unless expressly agreed in writing.

To operate, secure, and improve the Service (including model quality and safety), we may process de-identified usage data and metadata. Treatment of your Inputs/Outputs for model training is governed by the License Agreement and Privacy Policy. Where required by law, we obtain consent and/or provide an opt-out (noting that opting out may degrade results or disable certain features).

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not (and must not enable others to):

We have implemented commercially reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to secure your private information from accidental loss and unauthorised access, use, alteration or disclosure. However, we cannot guarantee that unauthorised third parties will never be able to defeat those measures or use your private information for improper purposes.

We are striving to provide the best service and products that we can, but you understand and agree that Website and Service materials are provided "as is" and "as available" without any representations or warranties, express or implied except where indicated otherwise. You may link to our homepage in a fair and legal manner that does not damage our reputation or suggest any endorsement. You must not frame the Website or link in a way that misleads as to affiliation, approval, or origin. We may withdraw linking permission without notice. Subscriptions (e.g., Basic, Advanced, Enterprise) and any paid usage limits are offered as part of the Service. All commercial terms of paid access, including pricing, metering, usage allowances, and license scope, are governed by the separate License Agreement, which you must accept to receive the Service. If these Terms conflict with the License Agreement on payment/licensing matters, the License Agreement controls.

Billing & Auto-Renewal. If you purchase a subscription, you authorize us and our payment processor (Stripe) to charge your payment method for recurring fees, taxes, and any overages at each billing interval until you cancel. The Service operates on a monthly credit reset model. Credits included in your subscription plan are valid only for the current billing cycle and do not roll over to the next period. Any unused credits expire automatically upon subscription renewal.

Trials and promotions. We may offer a free account tier from time to time. A free account does not by itself guarantee generation capacity; use of generation features requires available credits (paid or promotional). We may grant welcome or other promotional credits (for example after registration) at our discretion, and such credits may expire; unless we state otherwise in writing, this does not create a guaranteed free plan, recurring free credits, or ongoing entitlement. If we ever offer a time-limited trial, it will convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Plan Changes. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades at the next renewal. We may modify plan features or prices prospectively with prior notice where required by law.

Taxes. Fees are exclusive of taxes, levies, and duties, which may be charged where applicable.

Refunds. Except as required by law or expressly stated otherwise, all fees are non-refundable and non-creditable (including for partial periods). Unused credits hold no monetary value and do not roll over to future billing periods. If the Service experiences sustained unavailability caused by us, contact support for assistance. Where applicable mandatory consumer law requires a refund because you have not used the Service and you validly withdraw within the statutory period, we will comply.

Right of Withdrawal (EEA/UK Consumers). If you are a consumer in the EEA/UK purchasing online, you may have a 14-day withdrawal right. However, where you request immediate provision of the digital Service and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once performance begins, we will commence service and the withdrawal right will not apply after first use. We will present this acknowledgement at checkout where required.

Credits and withdrawal. Paid plans are subscription-based and include credits for use of the Service. Spending any credit counts as use of the digital Service and, where applicable, as the point at which performance has begun so that statutory withdrawal rights may no longer apply in full. If you have not used any credits and mandatory law gives you a right to withdraw and obtain a refund, we will process that in line with applicable law and our checkout process.

Chargebacks & Non-Payment. Unresolved chargebacks or failed payments may result in suspension or termination. You are responsible for accurate billing information.

Local Rights. Nothing in this section limits non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.

The Service integrates with third parties such as Stripe (payments) and infrastructure and analytics providers (e.g., Google Cloud / Firebase, Hostkey, Google Analytics). By using the Website or Service you acknowledge that data provided to such parties may be subject to their terms and privacy practices.

We will determine, in our reasonable discretion, whether there has been a breach of these Terms of Use. Where a breach has occurred, we may take such action as we deem appropriate.

Failure to comply with these Terms of Use constitutes a material breach of the terms upon which you are permitted to use our Website or Service, and may result in our taking all or any of the following actions:

We exclude liability for actions taken in response to breaches of these Terms of Use. The responses described in these Terms of Use are not limited, and we may take any other action we reasonably deem appropriate.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately (with or without notice) if: (a) you materially breach these Terms or the License Agreement; (b) your use poses a security, legal, or reputational risk; (c) we are required to do so by law or by a third-party provider; or (d) there is non-payment.

We will act proportionately, and where feasible provide notice and an opportunity to cure. You may cancel at any time in your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise required by law. Upon termination, the rights and licenses granted to you cease, except as expressly stated in the License Agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, excluding conflict-of-law rules, reflecting that the Service is provided by a UK-established seller. If you are a consumer in the UK or EEA, nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer protections available to you under applicable law.

Informal Resolution. Before commencing formal proceedings, the parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes in good faith by contacting support email provided below. If a resolution is not reached within 60 days, either party may proceed in the courts of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights you may have to bring claims in your country of residence.

We reserve the right to change any content, features, or services offered through the Website or Service at any time without notice.

Occasionally we may, in our discretion, make changes to these Terms of Use. Your continued use of the Website or Service after the changes have been made will constitute your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the new terms, we kindly ask you to stop using the Website and Service.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us, our subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, agents, partners, and employees harmless from any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable legal fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of your content or use of the Website or Service, or any breach of these Terms or your representations and warranties. We reserve the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate with our defence.
